Everyone there were great and helpful. Mary is a very kind person, and I really appreciated her concern for my health.
Your billing dept., however, drives me crazy and I'm looking for another PCP. They have billed incorrectly several times and though I've called and told them I'm working on the claims with Aetna, they have sent me to collection. I've been charged $30 for several office visits (which should be free) even though I saw my PCP each time. They say they'll look into the problems and call me back, but they never do. I've never even been billed for the claim that was sent to collection. I don't think I should have to work so hard on their job! Can this be solved?
