Empire Machinery has gone above and beyond in the installation and maintenance of our washing machine. The technician that did our installation, Mike, took his time to explain how to run and maintain the washer, taking into consideration that we are a busy animal hospital with different care requirements to sustain the life of our machine. Since then he has been out twice, once to fix a user error and another to bring a replacement key to the access panel that was lost, both times expediently knowing we were running our hospital on just the one washer.
