This is the best buying experience I have ever had in my life. Heather is the best EVER!!!!!! I don't even know where to begin. I purchased 8 trucks from Truck Universe. At first I was hesitant about even taking a plunge like that. Heather was not pushy she gave off no "car salesman" vibe. It was very genuine. Hey we are here to help you and let us know whatever you need. Just a nice change of pace from the normal by now by now buy now give me your money buy now! So when I did finally decide to make the move (and mainly because of how good of business they do) they were able to get me.financed for all 8. I mean worked super dilligently and made sure the terms were all favorable for me understanding I'm a small business taking a big risk! Maybe a week or so and they had all the trucks ready to go for me. Without going into detail even went as far as assisting me with making sure the down payments were taken care of on easier terms. They facilitated the pickups of the trucks, even coming in on an off day to meet me. And finally when a couple of the trucks had some minor issues, I've never seen anyone so quick to get any and all repairs done and delivering trucks back to me. Most places get the sale done and damn near disconnect their phone. They were so encouraging of my business as well making me feel like they were excited to see me succeed! I have nothing negative to say about them! Heather and Truck Universe is one of the best things to happen to my business! Can't thank them enough!

Great people to work with. Josh didn’t have what I wanted on the lot, but he found exactly what I needed within a few days. Whole process was smooth and easy. Josh is a man of his word and you can’t hardly get that anymore in the car business.

First of the summer, when I test drove it around the city streets it drove fine. After I bout it and getting on the interstat going 65 mph the back in bounces the cab alot. I talk to the owner and she very prompt on getting it fixed i highly recommend Truck UNIVERSE! when im in need of another service vehicle ill be calling them first

Truck Universe is a God send. We are a foster family of 13 and needed a larger vehicle to transport kids everywhere. They helped us purchase a 15 passenger van at cost where they profited zero from our purchase. The transaction was smooth and easy and we can now travel all together and transport kids to all their appointments, visits, and extra curriculars! I highly recommend using them.Their support to the foster community is such a huge blessing.
