Manning's Steaks and Spirits

My first visit. From the outside, Manning's looked chic and Inside inviting and a well run machine. The staff were very attentive and made sure you were happy and well taken care of. I ordered a salad and crab cakes and enjoyed every bite. The red house wine by the glass was great. I will be back and the next time I will order the ribeye and a side of fries I saw other people had ordered. Just looked mouth watering.

This was a good place for a steak.

Service was slow, but understandable. The party behind me just got up and left, frustrated with the pace of service. I was with a larger size group split over two tables. Our orders were accurate and served at the same time.

I think everyone's steak was overcooked to order. Kind of tough to order rare to get medium rare when medium rare comes out almost well done. Perhaps left on the counter too long and over cooked?

The loaded baked potato was awesome. Whatever they do to the potato skin was delicious (rub with pepper and salt?).

I hear great things about the Maple Bacon Cheesecake. It is very dense and filling. It tasted good, but it's just not my thing.

Excellent place for steak and drinks. The staff was amazing and we got really good drinks and food! Shout out to Jackson (Jacks) our waiter, he was the best and recommended the best stuff. We love an old fashioned and the signature one was one of the best I've ever had, also the mojito was sweet and perfectly crafted. Steaks were top notch and they have gluten free pasta if you wanna go that route. I had the shrimp scampi, the shrimp was cooked perfectly... Not over done. Highly recommend this place!

I wish the photos did it justice!! We showed up for an early dinner because we were working all day. Luckily—we got in at the end of happy hour!! We ended up having a crab cake, two martinis, two vodka drinks, a California sandwich with a salad, and a burger and fries…all for the same price that I’ve paid for two martinis in downtown Denver!!! The food was amazing. The star of the show was the Fiery Jalapeño burger. We started to order steaks and pasta…so happy we went with this. Delicious. Definitely coming back!! Great service as well.

Our waiter was amazing!! Nice little cozy restaurant with a great staff and great food! Me and my wife can't wait to go back. I got the bone in steak and it was massive and cooked to perfection! My wife ordered pasta and it was absolutely amazing! Like seriously zero complaints from server to food! Best steak I've had in a long time. Definitely going back very soon!
