Michelle at the front desk was very personable and friendly. The TMJ specialist, Jess and Dr Bradley were thorough and very knowledgeable on my condition. I am beyond impressed with my experience!

I had my latest appointment yesterday at First Choice Dental-West on Junction Road in Madison. As I have come to expect over the years, it was once again a pleasant experience. Yes, even a dentist appointment can be a pleasant experience. Both Dr. Bradley and my Hygienist, Valerie, are easy to work with. They explain things very clearly and listen to what you have to say. I went there at the recommendation of my sister and have recommended the office to my step son.

The staff is always very friendly and they make sure I am comfortable during my appointment. They answer my questions and help me create healthy dental habits.

Couldn't recommend this dental office more. Dr. Friend is the best dentist I have ever had. She's so friendly, very communicative with issues, and great at her job! Shay is a queen and is an amazing dental assistant. She deserves a raise; she's so thoughtful and literally put vaseline on my lips to stop them from drying out. Dr. Friend and Shay get the job done and make you feel at home all the while they're all up in your mouth - which is certainly a hard task to accomplish! Love this place!!

Professional, cream of the crop dentistry. Diagnosed 4 cracked teeth that out of state dentist patched yet didn’t X-ray 3 years prior.
