Chris Pena was very nice and extremely thorough in giving an estimate in the windows we want replaced. Chris explained how the efficiency of the new windows would he compare to the old (the R-value of the insulation and the Low E value of the glass. We incquire about the "built-in) blinds and he told us that reduces the efficiency and are much more expensive. My Mother and Father in law had several windows replaced by R.M Pena and we're very pleased with the estimate and installation process. We look forward to working with R.M Pena in the very near future.
