I was losing hope for my sister with dementia when Laurels stepped up to accept her. The staff are sincere, patient and very interactive with my sister and all the other residents. I am deeply grateful to Laurels and grateful for every single staff member who brings such quality to all the lives of their residents.

My mom only spent 7 days at the Laurels of DeKalb, but those seven days were wonderful. My family and I felt so fortunate to have met and worked with such a caring group of people. This was mom's home for those few days and she was loved and cared for in the most generous of ways. We were blessed to have known each of you. My she has said and I have noticed the best care around. It isn't just a certain nurse or office personnel to make it great. It is everyone as a whole to make things come together and make it a great experience from Laurels. I appreciate the caregivers who go to work in thess hard times with covid especially to make my grandmother's stay comforting.
