We (not only myself but my two adult daughters as well) are continually impressed by the exemplary customer service from all of the staff at this location. Truly impressed each and every time. They are all so knowledgeable, patient, friendly and really care about ensuring their customers get the perfect product they are looking for. Always 5 star service. The way it should be. Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me figure out my bra size and made some great recommendations thay i ended up purchasing. I felt like everyone in the store helped me in one way or another. Wonderful experience.

From the minute I walked into the store at the Pen Centre the staff was friendly and very helpful. And it was also there Black Friday event and they were super busy. But they had enough staff to still help me with what I was looking for. I actually had 4 different people offer to help me but not in a pushy way at all. Even the ladies looking after the change room said if there is anything I need just ask. I cannot say enough good things about this store and the people that work here. Great job! Keep up the good work.
