My husband has been going to Chase for about 12 years now & even though we've moved far from the office (over an hour away) he will not go anywhere else! Chase has always been there for Curtis, no matter what the problem is & very professional & knowledgeable of anything to do with your hearing. Would highly recommend this Office for all your Hearing needs!! You won't regret it, I promise 😉

If you or a family member need an audiology doctor Chase Baxter would be the one to go to. I took my mom there because she was having problems with her hearing aids and Dr. Baxter took care of her. He is very knowledgeable and caring for his patients. My mom came out of her appointment and was so delighted with him and will not go see anyone else! Thank you Dr. Baxter!

This place is awesome Dr. Baxter stayed late to see me and is 100% customer service oriented we were there until 8:00 pm. He did a complete upgrade to both of my hearing aids and cleaned out both of my ears. He is very personable and professional. Even if you are coming from a long distance this level of customer service is well worth the trip.

From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted and made welcome by Chris at the front desk. He was very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed visiting with him. Once I got to see Dr. Baxter, he was very friendly, professional and thorough. He answered all my questions, was extremely informative, and helpful. He fitted me with a pair of hearing aids to let me see what they would be like, and they were absolutely AMAZING! They were so comfortable I didn't even notice them after a minute or two, and the sound quality was outstanding! It wasn't like everything got louder ... it was just that everything sounded natural; except now I could hear sounds I hadn't heard in years! Great visit! I would highly recommend BHS to anyone needing help with their hearing!

I am really impressed with Chase and Chris from Baxter Hearing!!! I was calling around getting a quote for a service for my daughter from local places in the area that were either too expensive or unable to even perform the service that we needed when I called and spoke to Chase. Chase was very helpful and friendly. I later called back and spoke to Chris. The communication between Chase and Chris is amazing. I did not have to explain myself multiple times to multiple people. When my daughter and I arrived for our appointment, we walked in and were greeted by Chris who was smiling and also very friendly. We checked in and were offered beverages. They treated others in the office with such respect. Chase explained everything and made my daughter feel comfortable while she was there. The entire visit went GREAT!! These guys seem to really enjoy their job and it reflects in how they treat their customers. I highly recommend Baxter Hearing Specialists!!!! Thanks again!
