After living in this home for 30 years, I had numerous service techs work on this house. Air Conditioning, New Roof, New Water Heater, Kitchen Upgrade and new Tile, kitchen and two baths. As these Techs were very good at there job, your employee JOSE was WAY ABOVE THEM ALL. Not only did he show his professionalism, he also made me very comfortable and was extremally dedicated. He made sure everything was done correctly and perfect. He knows his product, very knowledgeable and committed. I was impressed with his Christian values and as long as he works for your company, I will continually use your service and recommend your company to anyone who ask.
Plus, since I am a Computer Expert at my job, I was really impressed with your technical assistance.

Manuel Fagil repaired/replaced a faulty leaking main water line in the front yard of my house. It was a very stressful situation and difficult to know whom to trust; I was very fortunate to find Manuel to do the repairs for me. Manuel is an exceptional plumber - honest, trustworthy, straightforward, smart, knowledgeable, and serious about his work. I'll certainly be asking for Manuel to help in all my future plumbing needs.

I received text updates as to when the technician would arrive. The Technician had nothing but wonderful things to say about the owner and the company itself, which is always nice to hear. Our technician did a fantastic job, cleaned up after himself and was respectful and honest. I will continue to call Trust Rooter for ALL my plumbing needs.

Not only was Leo here on time he went above and beyond to make sure that the issues My Home was having were satisfied. he went on the roof because my solar panel waterline was creating a geyser due to a crack in the release valve and although they don’t work on that he explain to me how to get it done and very cheaply. He then went and cleaned out a drain that had been stopped up for months not only did he clean it out from underneath the sink but went on the roof to make sure it was done properly. He also diagnosed several other issues that I will be using his service for in the future. Pride Must be a wonderful company to have plumbers that work for them that have integrity and are very concerned about getting the job done the right way the first time.
