Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn

The staff here is just amazing. Bobby, Capri, marshmallow, and so many more take such wonderful care of my grandma. We feel so blessed she's in such great care!!! They go above and beyond in so many ways to make their residents feel special.

I was very impressed with my tour of Charter Senior Living of Glen Ellyn! The inside of the building is nicely laid out and has a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The director was genuinely caring, informative and very helpful! On our quest to find a suitable and safe memory care home for our loved one, Charter is at the top of our list!

This facility is well organized, clean & the staff is great. But the overall love of this place is the residents, the smiles, the laughs and hearing old stories. I would recommend charter senior for families and employment.

I asked my loved one once "What is your favorite happy place?" and she answered , "Right here." She is always clean and well groomed. The staff
obviously care deeply for her, and administrative staff communicate well with me, working with me when I make suggestions. The activity staff keep her engaged throughout the day and from what I have observed, everyone there uses the right approach in relating to people living with dementia.
