Every point of contact was a good experience. Josh answered all my questions. Randy covered all the costs. Paul came out and installed. He gave good advice about equipment placement. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He installed our system and left no mess behind. Great experience all around.

Larry did an amazing job. He was super friendly, neat, knowledgeable and quick. He explained in detail what was going on with our system and fixed it promptly. He even suggested ways to improve what we have! Thank you Larry. I would recommend DFW and Larry to anyone. The customer service was great!!

Alex was on time and so nice! He did a great job at installing all that we needed and was very professionally and friendly! He did an amazing job at explaining how to arm my system and where all the zones were. Je was very patient with me. Our technician was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly and patient while my kids huddled around to watch him work. Very professional and fixed our equipment in a timely manner. The company is willing to work with you and not just take your money. Very pleased with everything.

Today we had Joseph do a one man installation of our new security system. He did a great job, and communicated with me at every step of the way. At the end we did a thorough walk through on using the system.

Several days before the install I had a constructive phone meeting with representatives from the company to design out what we wanted to do. It’s great to have a design but that doesn’t end up a success unless there is the right person doing the installation work. We appreciated Joseph’s work.
