Audi Dayton

Cameron in the service department went above and beyond to assist me with some issues that I had been having with my Audi connect and a bizarre Air bag issue. The entire service department took great care of my Q5 for her 80,000 mile service. James in sales did his best to assist me with my Audi connect issue and set me on the right path to get it resolved.

Awesome staff and mechanics. My car needed a repair and required ordering a part which wouldn’t be in for several days. The tech made sure I had a loaner as my car wasn’t safe to drive. They took excellent care of my car and the final bill for repair was less than the estimate. Wonderful experience all around!

Incredible staff and service. I brought my car in close to 5 pm after getting an alert when leaving for a 3 hour drive. The problem ended up being much worse than any of us initially thought, but multiple people helped work on my car and they stayed late just to make sure I was able to drive my car out of the building safely. I even received a text the next morning checking in to make sure I got back safely. I am very appreciative of all they did for me and would highly recommend Audi Dayton to everyone!!

Had a few issues with my Q7 I brought in to have looked at. They were very nice and what I liked the most was they sent me a video of my car with an update on what was going on. Never seen that before and thought it was really cool and definitely impressed me. Over all happy with the service I received.

Everyone was very professional and courteous at White-Allen European Group. Cameron in the service department did an outstanding job explaining everything in detail. They saved me money and I appreciate it very much. Will continue to take my wife’s Audi Q5 there for servicing.
