Marble Strength

This gym is so much more than just a room full of equipment. Joe and his team of trainers do a great job of helping you achieve your goals. Everyone is friendly and the classes are challenging but not intimidating. I’ve been to a few other gyms in the area and feel like I’ve finally found my home.

I was VERY skeptical before joining a gym like this. I didn't want to turn into a 'cross fit is my life' person. After visiting a few gyms, I'm so happy I found Marble Strength. I love this place, not for the gym but for the coaches and members. Every member has been welcoming, and the coaches are amazing. From Joe, to Brian and Theresa, they give a personal touch and spend the time to make sure what we are doing is correct. Its about quality here, so if you are in shape, obese, former athlete, old, young or anything in between, this is the place for you.

This gym is simply the best. From the coaches to the workouts and even other members, the atmosphere cannot be beat! The level of encouragement is unmatched. I love this place and what it’s done to my confidence!! Joining Marble Strength was the best thing I’ve done for myself!

I recently joined the gym based on a recommendation from a co-worker and so glad I did! Before this, I really didn’t have much experience with weight lifting at all, and zero CrossFit experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my initial training sessions were great and Coach Brian really worked with me and everyone makes sure you feel comfortable. Very happy so far and highly recommended for a really great workout!

I'm 64 years old with high blood pressure and Type II diabetes. I joined this gym in January 2022 because of my daughter. She joined the gym in July 2021 and has had *great* results (which continue to this day).

As for me, over the past six months I have lost 15 pounds (which I thought was basically impossible for someone my age). My blood pressure has returned to normal, and my A1C has dropped to 5.9. My doctor is amazed. (It's not all exercise -- I've also been eating better.)

There's no denying that the workouts are tough (even though I do the "easy" version of most of the exercises). However, Joe, Stephanie, Heather, and the rest of the staff manage to make each class enjoyable. I go three times a week religiously (which is way better than my attendance record at past health clubs).

As for equipment, amenities, etc., the gym is pretty basic. If you're looking for a "spa" environment with fancy workout machines and saunas, you might want to look somewhere else.

But if you're looking to get a terrific return on your time and money, this is the place!
