Going into my third year as a member, this gym invests in you as much as you are making an investment in yourself. Shane and Brendan are incredibly committed to helping you identify your goals and work along side you to coach, push and guide you along the way to reach them. Peak City Gym is an awesome find in Apex. I had a great workout in the Ageless Athlete class. The small class made it easy for personalized form correction and modification. As a physical therapist, I love it when trainers can help people improve their functional fitness AND remain injury-free. If you're looking for a great workout, please go check out PCG. Their after workout protein smoothies are a plus too!

My husband and I have been going to Peak City for almost one year now and it has been the best decision we've ever made for our health! Both Brendan and Shane are fantastic trainers and really know how to encourage you to get the most out of your workout. We are small business owners which comes with many challenges, and going to the gym twice a week keeps us fit and ready to tackle more, both mentally and physically. I am so grateful for this place and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a small, premium gym experience!

Awesome experience. Owners/Trainers are dedicated and know what they are doing. Great community of fitness minded individuals at all levels. I've been going regularly for ~9 months, and I've never felt better. I've been to a lot of gyms and worked out with a lot of fitness professionals, but Shane, Brendan, and the Peak City Gym community are the best people I have had the pleasure of training alongside! Thank you for all that you have done for me already, and I'm looking forward to even more benefits in the future.

My time at Peak City Gym has been challenging, rewarding, fun and most importantly a great fit! I've been able to find the small group workout setting that gets me motivated to go the gym. I'm not overwhelmed by the feeling of not knowing what to do and not overlooked in a group environment. Brendan and Shane do an amazing job at giving people the one-on-one while working out with others. I feel great at the end of every session and leave knowing I got a overall great workout in an hour. However, group workouts are not the only thing Peak City Gym provides - there's more that can fit your needs and wants.
