Good people. Jennifer helped us today with getting flood insurance from a different company, as we were informed from our previous flood insurance company that they would not renew our policy in September. She also helped us with changing our current home owners insurance policy. Additionally she canceled our prior insurers policies so that we can receive an allowance from them for the remaining time differential. This all happened in less than an hour. I had a claim in August for a lightning strike. It caused several motors to burn out.Little did I know that it had affected my Norfolk Pine in my backyard. After getting estimates for the tree to be removed one of the tree man suggested that the tree had been hit by lightning. I called my agent Barney Lane and he asked that I take pictures of the tree.I sent him several picture and within hours the adjustor was calling me and telling me she would send me a check for the tree removal and replacement.Crystal had been my adjustor in my original claim.
Barney Lane had been my insurance agency for 20 years, I’ve never had a claim before this lightning strike. I can’t tell how wonderful they have been to during this ordeal . I appreciate their help . I am a senior lady and probably would’ve been upset by all this except Laneinsurance made it easy. Thank you Barney, you are best!
