My Husband and I just recently moved into our new Modular Home almost 1 week ago. Ace Homes (Tom Case the owner) have made our dreams come true on owning our very last home!
We couldn't be any Happier with the whole process & the final outcome from picking out flooring, cabinetry, countertops, colors for vinyl siding & shingles! Tom holds to his word and makes sure things go as as smoothly as planned minus the weather and our sloppy muddy mess our land became. Out of their control. Hahaha The quality of our new home is just Gorgeous! He hires the Absolute Best crews to get the final job done once the new home has been delivered to the site. Everyone worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner! Once on site we were able to start moving in within 3.5 weeks. Absolutely Amazing company to work with! We both Highly Recommend Tom and his crews! Thank you to All who was a part of this experience in making everything possible! We Absolutely Love everything about our new Home ❤❤

My husband and I recently bought a few acres so we started our modular search with ACE homes. We have not purchased from ACE so I can't speak of the quality, price, etc., but I have to say that Tom is VERY helpful. I came into this completely clueless and Tom was very patient and pointed me in the right direction.
