Cascade Ridge

We had a hard time finding a place and we were running out of luck but when we found this place it felt like home and they made it such an easy experience. Ashaunti was one of the staff members there and we told her all the things that we wanted and she gave us just what we needed. She made the process so easy and fast that we really didn’t need to worry about much. She explained all the details that were included in the lease without missing a single thing and I appreciated that so much, especially when that was something that we were having trouble with when we looked at other places. I am so happy that we settled here and I appreciate the cascade ridge team for making it such a wonderful experience!!!

We were able to view 3 apartments and tour all public areas in less than an hour (with an appointment). We had all of the information we needed to make a decision at the end of the tour. Ashaunti was very informative, responsive, and honest. All move-in documents were provided by Ashaunti via e-mail links to Cascade’s third party document signing services. A detailed spreadsheet showing all expected costs and amount due at move-in was created by the staff and provided to us via e-mail. Ashaunti’s courteous and thorough hustle was a big part of the reason why we were able to go from tour to move-in in 4 days with no issues. There are services charged separately from rent (such as valet trash, parking, and electricity). Water is by a third party utility billing service which uses an algorithm based on number of people in the household. All of this was clearly explained to us in advance, and we had the opportunity to ask questions before committing to anything. So far we are enjoying living here. Appliances are updated (front loading high efficiency washers/dryers), the home is comfortable, and valet trash is a good idea (someone picks up trash from a 13 gallon can Sunday through Thursday evening).
