Absolutely changed my life and I am so much healthier now.
I’m shocked how much it helped me.
EMDR is very intense, but I highly recommend it!
The lack of self love I had when I first started with Heather, growing with her, and now after EMDR having so much love for myself is astounding.

Excellent resource for girls and families. They create a very welcoming environment and provide families with numerous options, from workshops that will help empower teens to support for your families individual needs. Love Margaret's caring ,loving approach.

Gals is the true definition of amazing. The services they offer are priceless, the community adores everything that they do. From counseling, to workshops, support groups, events, therapy services, and amazing programs for kids..... a one stop gift to our community.

Our daughter has struggled to cope with the grief of losing her grandmother which triggered depression and anxiety. Her school counselor recommended that we reach out to GALS Institute. Through GALS, our daughter has been working with Margaret Offenbacher and we cannot say enough about the compassion and understanding that she has shown to our daughter and our family. She continuously provides our daughter, and our entire family, with support and the tools that we need to deal with our feelings of loss in a healthy way. Margaret is an exceptional grief and loss therapist and works amazingly well with children. We highly recommend her to any family or individual seeking grief support.
