My doctor recommended Hearing Consultants about seven years ago. He said this was the only company he recommends because if they can’t help you, they won’t try to sell you anything.
Now here I am seven years later, still going back to them for another check up and adjustment AT NO CHARGE.
Free batteries, filters, tips as many as you need as often as you need these supplies. All this topped off by friendly, polite, knowledgeable, experienced staff.
I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve been a patient here for a lifetime. The service is amazing. There are choices in hearing aid styles and prices. The office is clean and well decorated too.

I have had positive experiences at two locations, the one in Chesterfield Twp. and the office in Shelby Twp. The audiologists are extremely helpful and caring and they make sure that you get the hearing aid that works for you. The audiologist in Shelby Township is Kari Krause and she was the one who worked with me 9 years ago to fit the first pair of hearing aids I had. Now I am being tested for a second set as the technology has come a long way since 2008. Hearing aids made a huge improvement in my life, and Kari took time to work with me and find the best fit which I really appreciated then and look forward to even better hearing with the new pair I am getting. I will post a review when I get the new hearing aids.
