I’d never experience a hail storm like this one in June and honestly I didn’t know how the hell to handle it. Shane (one of their guys) pretty much just took the reigns and I didn’t have to worry about anything. I’ve got a new roof now and from when the hail hit it only took about week. Talk about a streamlined process.

My mom was going to hire noble exteriors to do our roof after they did an inspection and said there was significant hail damage which called for a roof replacement. As my mom is older and these guys reached her through door to door, you can imagine I was a bit skeptical and a little upset from the perspective they were praying on someone older. After speaking to Ernie, my opinion was completely changed. Ernie explained the issues he observed, how they would effect the roof if they weren’t repaired, and showed me numerous pictures and videos as examples of the damage he was talking about. I asked probably a hundred questions, and throughout the whole interrogation (lol) he remained patient and had a response for every concern I shared. After Ernie met with the insurance adjustor, state farm confirmed the damage that Ernie had found and paid for the whole dang roof! After working with Noble exteriors, all I can say is that I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who I come across that needs a new roof in the future, not only were they great communicators the whole way through, but my moms roof looks fantastic!
