CrossFit Cerberus

Coach Justin is always great. He is very good at helping others who aren’t quite up to being a CrossFit nut, or who have a lot of physical limitations. He always seems aware and is checking in on everyone from time to time. A+++

Cerberus is my original CrossFit home/family. The first time I walked into the gym, almost 5 years ago, I was a little intimidated, but that didn’t last long. I was quickly greeted with a warm smile by Carl, the owner. He invited me to sit down to talk about my fitness goals. He ran through all my options and together we came up with a plan, and I’ve never looked back.

If CrossFit is something you are even slightly interested in learning more about. No matter your level of fitness (pure beginner or elite athlete) you have come to the right place. Most importantly, if you’re looking for more than just a gym, and want a place to call home. A place where you’re always warmly greeted, cheered on, and find yourself excited for the next workout, then Cerberus is the place for you.

CrossFit Cerberus is the best gym I have ever joined! Positive, fun, high energy. The coaches are knowledgeable and work well with all the athletes. There are people from all walks of life and we all cheer each other on because although we may have different goals we also all have the same goal: to be the healthiest, best versions of ourselves. Wonderful coaches and community make a huge difference in reaching goals and also having fun while doing it. Highly recommend!!

Great place those who are wanting to get into cross fit! had a few one on one's with the owner Carl and learned a lot. was really impressed with the overall welcoming atmosphere of the gym and diversity of beginners and veterans. highly recommend!

When I found CrossFit Cerberus and Carl I didn’t just find another gym, I found a family and place that makes you feel so welcome. Everyone here truly cares about you and wants you to succeed. Between the gym,joint Kettlebell and meeting new people it has all around life changing. I’ve taken a break to focus on school and transition into a new job and everyone was so supportive but still pushes me to not give up and make time to come back and that’s what I need! I will always recommend Cerberus to everyone!!!
