Wren’s Collision Sugarhill

I highly recommend Wren’s collision! I recently had to get some body repairs done and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They have great communication, they keep you updated throughout the week. The work done was impeccable, my car looks as if brand new and it wasn’t in the shop long at all. It only took about a week & a half and I was back in my baby! They also gave my car a wash & vacuumed the inside. There was no hassle, no long waiting times, they made the whole process very simple and smooth!

I would highly recommend using WREN‘s. Unlike others, they will take self-pay or insurance. They fit us in very quickly, did spectacular work, updated us every day on the status, and were the most professional I have ever dealt with. My son’s car was detailed and carpets cleaned… Something I did not expect at all for being brought in for a minor fender bender. Shout out to Kelly Southwick… she made us feel like family. Her attention to detail and sheer love for what she does shows. Everyone there was helpful, polite, professional, and super knowledgeable. We have dealt with other franchise Collision and Mall of Georgia dealership body shops in the past, and Wren’s outshines them by miles.

We had a good experience working with Carol (assisted in getting our vehicle into their shop) and Kelly (going over at check out what was required to repair our vehicle). We appreciate and thank the crew who actually repaired our deer damaged vehicle.

Best collision center experience EVER!! Our vehicle was unfortunately hit by a gunshot, so after filing our claim we researched collision centers in our area (as the last collision experience was less than desirable). Wrens Collision had excellent reveiws, so we thought we'd give them a try, which was the best decision!!

From the initial call (Gabriella) was professional, detailed and had a warm, welcoming spirit. Estimate amc Scheduling with Ally was seamless and we even received text updates during the entire process. The vehicle was done on time, as promised, and the workmanship was high quality.

When I went to pick up the vehicle, it wouldn't start (no fault of theirs), think I need a new battery. However, they came right out, got my battery jumped and even encouraged me to get it checked out immediately (genuine concern).

Kudos to Gabriella and Ally - both made this unfortunate and stressful situation, a great, smooth experience!!
