Russell at American archery is awesome! I ordered a bow from him. He sent it out right away and then UPS lost it. I let Russell know this I started the claim through eBay and so on and Russell let me know that I would just have to order another bow, which I did. He did a quick set up on it and sent it out right away with a nice note hand written that stated what he did, and that he was sorry that the first item was lost and or stolen from UPS.
