J and J was recommended to me by another plumber because it seems like everybody is booked 2 to 3 weeks out. Called them on Monday, and they were out Tuesday. They said they could work me in between jobs. They came in, quickly diagnosed the issue, and set about fixing it. They also found a couple of additional issues, and they fixed those as well. Very professional and told me exactly what they were doing and why. I will definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.

Called to have an exterior gas line disconnected that ran to my garage. Jason was quick to respond. He was professional and his pricing was fair. I would use J&J plumbing again.

Jason did a very good job at a reasonable price. I would have given 5 stars if he had returned to repair some other issues I have. I understand he takes care of emergencies first, but it's been over two weeks and I haven't heard anything from him since his first visit.

After calling a big name company we were distraught as we were quoted a few thousand dollars to repair a gas line leak which you repaired for a mere fraction of the cost. Along with replacing our water heater and installing emergency shut off valves. When we called your company we were treated with kindness, professionalism and honesty. We were kept up to date on the necessary repairs and you were diligent in your contact with us including speaking with our local natural gas provider. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Used for several plumbing needs- installing sump pump, water pressure tank, etc. Works as long as needed to make sure the job is done right. Very responsive to phone calls- even though he is very busy.
