I was in a bind and quickly needed cedar shingles on a home I wanted to purchase inspected (only a few days from the due diligence period from ending). I called Warren, the President of the company, and he came out and evaluated the roof a couple business days after we spoke. He was very professional and polite. By the way, I had called a competitor and they couldn't do it for another week which was past the due diligence period. Warren said it would be 24 hours before I would receive his report with his findings but knowing I had limited time, he provided the report hours after the evaluation!
