The Works Barber Parlor

Mike is amazing. We came into town to visit friends before going to a wedding, and my 9 year old son had a haircut before leaving home, but the stylist absolutely butchered his hair. I googled barbers in the area, and found Mike - his reviews were incredible, so I took a chance. I called him just before 5pm, he told me to come in at 8:30am the next morning, and he not only fixed my son’s hair, but gave him the best haircut he’s ever had. My son LOVES his new haircut, and my husband and I wish Mike were closer to us - we’d come back to him every time. Mike is not only a great barber, but he’s also an awesome guy.

I have been postponing my haircut for literally 2 years due to Covid-19 risks. Finally, I decided to try Mikey's service, and it turned out to be a great choice! He honored my request of wearing a mask, the environment was completely clean, and I was the only customer in the room. He quickly finished the haircut and the outcome was good. I highly recommend The Works Barber Parlor based on my experience.

The Works Barber Parlor is the best in the area. Mikey in my opinion is the best Barber I have come across for my boys. I’m originally from NY & finding a good barber for my boys was hard, but then we found Mikey. My boys have been cutting their hair with Mikey for many years now and will not go elsewhere. He is professional, courteous, and cuts their hair exactly how they want it done. One of my boys has autism and haircuts are a very difficult thing for him to endure, I could not find a barber that could understand his condition anywhere until I took him to Mikey. Now I will not take him anywhere else. Mikey is very patient and kind with him and makes him comfortable during this sensory overloading experience while also making sure his haircut is perfect. My husband also looks his very best after visiting The Works Barber Parlor which makes me very happy! You won’t be disappointed.

After being referred to Mikey by someone else, I’ve been going to The Works once a month every month ever since. I’ve had so many friends and others ask me ‘who cuts my hair’ after seeing pictures of myself with a fresh cut from him. Mikey is truly a talented artist with hair, and is incredibly flexible with scheduling and appointments. The atmosphere of his shop genuinely creates a fully enjoyable and relaxing experience. So much so, that I’ll be having him cut all my 7 groomsmen for my upcoming wedding. And now I can finally say ‘I’ve found my barber’.

My first time going to Mikey last week and he is the BEST! I’ve been to many barbers in the past but none are as professional, clean, and kind as Mikey is.
