The other reviews here are testimonies to this companies good work, but I want to share a testimonial of their good character.

I lost my wallet that contained my drivers license, credit card, work id and cash. Mike Terrell found my wallet and drove it to my house in his work truck to return it to me. When my wife attempted to give him a cash reward he refused to accept it. He would not take a single dollar for a reward.

We have used Informed Senior Moves three times now. Each time, the team has been efficient, professional, and pleasant to work with. The fact that we didn't have to worry about getting everything packed ourselves was huge. They are familiar with most of the local senior living facilities, so explaining what doors or elevators to use was unnecessary...one less thing to worry about. They set up the bed and got furniture placed exactly where we wanted it. We added a second stop at the last minute and they accomodated it with no problem. Mike and his team are the best choice we could have made during that first move. They continue to exceed our expectations.

We moved my dad into Assisted Living a week before Christmas and Mike was right on top of it. He moved all his furniture and set it up too - and at a very reasonable price.

We are in the process of selling his house and Mike and his team were there to assist yet again. They got all the garbage cleaned out of the house - 50 years worth - and disposed of it and also took everything to be donated and made sure it got where it needed to be.

Mike and his team also removed all the carpet in my dads house and took up the TONS of nails too - saving my sisters and I countless hours of labor.

We hired Mike and crew to empty a house to ready it for sale. In a single day sixty years of accumulation was efficiently sorted into donations versus rubbish and all taken away; the house was vacuumed and dusted; the items remaining in the garage were arranged tidily. He managed all this with impressive organization while working around a friend taking some of the furniture and a repairman replacing a door. He frequently checked with us throughout the day to make sure our expectations were being met. Mike is a very hard worker with a keen eye for detail and we recommend him as highly as possible.

Mike and his crew assisted us with moving my older parents into new housing. They were professional, timely and careful with my parents’ belongings. The owner assisted with the move himself and was great to work and communicate with. My siblings and I were all very impressed with their services and highly recommend them. We plan to use them again in the future.
