Our fireplace is 27 years old and never been cleaned. We found Master Services (google) and made an appointment. JC from Master Services came out and inspected and cleaned our fireplace. We have put this off for years and are so glad we had the fireplace cleaned. JC is a Great representative for Master Services. No BS and was straight forward with us.

Austin from Master Services performed an inspection of our fireplace and determined that it was all perfect...nothing had to be done. He even showed me how to properly use the gas fireplace. Never tried to sell me anything that I didn't need.

This is a very respectful company. I will use them again in the future.

Best customer service I have encountered in a long time! Corey worked diligently to uncover the problem with our fireplace. We had previously called another service that was unable to determine the issue with our fireplace. Corey was efficient yet thorough and very professional. He patiently explained what was broken and quickly remedied the problem. First rate service - thank you!
