If you're looking for someone who truly listens, cares, understands, & empathizes, then this is the place for you. Chrissy is the only one I will ever see. I suffer from debilitating back pain, (5 surgeries, multiple rhizotomies, epidurals, injections, & a spinal cord stimulator later, & I am still in excruciating pain), & she has helped me immensely. Her staff are all fantastic ladies who are all genuinely awesome people. I truly can't recommend this office enough.

The best pain clinic I've ever been to. They have always treated me like a person who has chronic pain and not a drug seeking individual like other places have in the past. Chrissy Fohr is an awesome provider who listens and wants to help. The other staff are always friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend.

I was hesitant at first to use HcG, however, after meeting with Carolyn I was educated and ready to committ to losing the extra weight I have been carrying around since my last child six years ago! I just completed the 40 Day Protocol and have lost 27 lbs! I feel great! During the 6 week maintenance phase I will be adding an exercise routine to continue my body reshaping.
