You're facility is beautiful and clean with a very helpful friendly staff.
The environment seems very comfortable.

Also, I've been part of Sunday visits from Blessed Sacrament Church "Breaking open the word" for all rehab patients interested in joining us. As of today the past several months attendance has gone from 3 to 11 patients. Their comments are all positive. Always new faces and always appreciative of the time we spend w them.

While visiting my friend at your facility I was truly impressed with the atmosphere of the rehab, the rooms looked very cozy and clean. When I walked thru the corridors I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
I had worked for a. Adult home in N. Y. for 15 years as the bookkeeper loved my job but your facility shines like a diamond. P. S. my friend is very happy with all your workers.

Today was my first experience visiting a loved one here. The facility is immaculate, beautiful, clean, and the air is clean -no strong chemicals. The environment is pleasing to the eye, the colors and water falls in the dinning room are all very calming.
The staff is so nice and it is a very peaceful place.

Beautiful health and Rehabilitation center. The meals smell delicious and look wonderful; however was told there are no different "diets" available for diabetics, low salt, low carb, low fat, etc. Gorgeous dining room and courtyard for guests and visits to sit outside. Single and double patient rooms. There's a gym for PT and OT, a hair salon, and a movie theater. Staff should be more attentive when call bell is rung. Looks peaceful but residents are always calling out for help. Staff doesn't communicate with transportation van for physician appts off campus. Doctor appts get missed because of this. Visitors sign in using a touch screen monitor.

My mom was transferred from the hospital for rehab following a broken hip. The staff could not have been more helpful and caring during her stay. The facilities seemed new and very clean. Every day the facility provided activities such as bingo, outside singers, as well as entertainers that came to the room to cheer up the patients and visitors. One such visit was a young lady with a cute dog in a remote controlled car that went from room to room. Thank you Marsha (Activities Director)!!
They also have a Care Team that provides a Care meeting with the family on predetermined intervals. The Care Team has representatives from each department responsible for care. The meeting is useful in answering questions, allowing patient feedback, and offering a checkpoint on the progress being made. It was at this meeting that I learned my mom had improved enough that she will be released in just a few days.
Overall I would definitely select The Lakes of Clermont again, if my family ever has a need.
