Great job tub is draining better and Dominic was able to get rid of most of the sewer flies hopefully they are all gone for good

We lived here for 2 years after selling our house and relocating to Michigan from the DC area and it was great, the apartments are a decent size, have lots of storage, and have a great layout--plus there's the 2 car garage and an outdoor patio. The apartments are very well maintained and both Dawn Marie the manager and Dominic the caretaker were excellent. If we had an issue Dawn Marie took care of it immediately and if we needed something fixed Dominic was over in a flash.

We will miss our apartment but we found a home to purchase so it was time to move on. The move out process was super easy, no surprises. If we ever need to rent again we will not hesitate to consider Redwood.

Spent 3 years here, not a single regret. Maintenance was wonderful, Dawn was extremely understanding and was always helpful. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

From our first conversation, Dawn has been very helpful on getting us moved in and answering all of our questions and concerns. Performed pre-check list, Dominic is all over it getting things done. During our move in Dominic seen the driveway had some ice on it, he was nice enough to come and salt it for us (always watching what's going on) very helpful on bring shipping packages in for us. I would suggest this Redwood location to anyone of my friends and family. Thank You guys for looking out for us...
