Fuller Smiles - Dentist - Northridge

I was Looking for a new dental office and stumbled across Fuller Smiles in Northridge, I couldn't be happier. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet…thank u Lisa and Araceli. Sarah, the hygienist, was absolutely amazing, super sweet and gentle. Dr. Matt was kind with his words and made me feel super comfortable. 10/10

I feel so lucky to have selected this dentist from my work insurance benefits website! I spent awhile researching dentists in my area and changed my choice a few times. I got Dr. Shannon's advertisement in the mail several times and was surprised to find him listed in my benefits network. I thought, OK, let's pick this dentist! It had been over 6 years since I had been to the dentist (my past dentist is in Thousand Oaks & did not want to drive that far after work). What a fantastic experience at Dr. Shannon's office that I had in August 2021! Great staff, so friendly & helpful! They did a cleaning, x-rays and an exam. I was so amazed to find out that Dr. Shannon knew my orthodontist from when I had braces at 11-13 yrs old (a very, very long time ago). Once I heard that, I felt like this was meant to be, I picked the best dentist! I just went back for my 6 month cleaning and again, a wonderful office experience. I am so grateful that my friend referred me to Dr. Shannon!!! I had some really bad dental work done between February to May 2020. And it wasn't just because of COVID quarantine...it was a progressively poor experience that wasted me thousand of dollars out of pocket. My first appointment with Dr. Shannon was such a remarkable, positive experience from the moment I made the appointment to when I walked out the door. The front office staff is very kind, patient, and thoughtful as I asked different questions regarding payment plans, dental insurance, appointment dates, etc. I had a dental cleaning with Armand - hands down BEST cleaning experience EVER! He was friendly and very gentle, but thorough. He ended the appointment giving observations and suggestions on how to maintain dental cleanliness and health. My first interaction with Dr. Shannon was such a delight! I have neglected cleanings and checkups for a decade because of past, horrifying experiences. But Dr. Shannon has a great sense of humor and is incredibly gentle when giving the dreaded shot. His conversation was not mere prattle...but relatable and I was quickly put at ease. Dr. Shannon helped me to prioritize and understand what work was necessary, and what was not. It was an honest conversation and I greatly appreciated the plain speak. I can't tout Dr. Shannon and his practice enough! If you dread or fear going to the dentist - here, you do not have to hesitate or be concerned. I highly recommend!!

Dr. Shannon’s Office and He himself delivers! I was looking for a clinic who can give me a good price for retainers and this is the one. Natalie and the other ladies at the front desk were really friendly and helpful.

Dr. Shannon was very knowledgable on the retainers they offer and went through it with detail. He took my impressions pretty quick and unlike other dental offices I’ve been to, He will make time for you and not be dealing with several patients simultaneously.

My overall experience was amazing and they will really take care of you!
