Silke's Chakra Immersion class was one of the best things I ever did for myself. She presented everything I was looking for in a thoughtful and engaging way. I gained so much knowledge and learned how important music and mantras are to spiritual meditation. My greatest takeaway has been the ability to not only recognize when/where I have an imbalance, but knowing the tools and techniques to heal. I have since added a meditation room to my home, complete with the oils, crystals, etc. helpful for each of the chakras. My meditation time is now much more focused and productive. The whole course and handbook are well worth the cost for the beautiful experience and increased understanding of how to help myself and others.

It is always a pleasure to be worked on by Silke. She has such a peaceful, happy energy. You will not be disappointed if you go see her and you should go see her!
