Very thankful for Silver Cross, they did not initially have what I was looking for but went above and beyond to find it. They were the only company in St. Catharines that returned my call. They were very efficient and compassionate. Would highly recommend them.

Lift Chair 1 year later is a disappointment
twice within a year the parts that support the footrest have needed replacement. It seems you cannot use it to push yourself up in a reclining position. The first time was several months to receive the parts..this time over a month and waiting. Disappointing for the price paid.

design flaw in recline/lift chair not silver cross or sales fault, having interchangeable cup holder left-right be awesome, memory remote otherwise awesome

Great people to deal with. The salesman was very good and had a lot of information. The installer was really good. He did a fantastic job, was very personable, and left my home very clean. A very professional installation and great people to deal with.

After receiving a few quotes and doing some research for a stair lift for my mother I decided to go with Silver Cross. I dealt with Andrew. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I called and emailed him a few times with questions and his responses were very quick and questions were answered. The installation went very smoothly. My mother is 89 years old and the installers did not leave her home until she felt confident in being able to work the stair lift. I highly recommend Silver Cross.

My grandfather received amazing and fast service by Silver Cross. After we unexpectedly had the hospital release my grandmother early we only had 2 days to put in a stair lift for her at home. My grandfather called Silver Cross and not only did he get someone to come out and give him a quote the same day but they also installed it and stayed till 7pm to ensure it was completed for my grandmothers arrival the next morning. Thank you so much for all of your help!
