TruWell Physical Therapy

I had a pain in my right hip. Bursitis? I don’t know but I am 71. Maybe! Regardless, Sara, the PhD credentialed therapist, performed various treatment techniques that gave me immediate relief. She also gave me some exercises I can perform at home that help continue the relief. What’s really cool is TruWell has an app that’s easy to use. (Remember I’m 71 so technology can be a little frustrating at times!) Anyway, the exercises shown to me at the facility were placed on my personal page on the app along with a short video displaying the proper exercise technique. So, when I signed into the app everything I needed was right in front me. TruWell has provided almost everything I need to succeed in permanent hip pain relief. What didn’t they supply? Personal motivation to use the tools they presented. That is the only thing I have to supply. I’m working on that now. Great job, TruWell! 🙂

After recovering from a broken ankle and surgery I began the search to find a good physical therapist. I was so fortunate to find Sara at TruWell. She came up with a comprehensive treatment plan for me to work on at the facility and at home. My Doctor had said to expect one year for a complete recovery but in less than six months I am back to my normal activities. My Doctor and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Sara is a wonderful PT! I started seeing her at 3 weeks postpartum for pelvic floor therapy. It was a must for me, and should be for every PP women! She and her staff is so down to earth and has such a friendly welcoming environment. Sara truly listens to you, and you can tell she genuinely cares. Also, you’re able to bring your little one to the appointment if needed! Great place for postpartum women, and any PT needs really!

TruWell was great, I worked with Sara who was very nice and ended up getting me rehabbed way faster than expected. The place was always clean and they were always willing to work with me on dates that I needed and things I needed to schedule around. Brian, the guy who runs the front desk was very nice and helpful as well. Would definitely go back to TruWell if I ever had to.

Amazing place for PT! Sara is an amazing therapist. Office staff is friendly and always clean. They are great at following up and always work with your schedule. She listens to everything you say and is very personable. I had a great experience here and I definitely recommend Sara and the office! I will be back in the future if needed for sure!
