Fabulous special exhibit on the art of dressmaking through the years. The regular exhibits are also wonderful! I highly recommend a visit here - for locals as well as visitors!
pretty interesting place to visit if you're interested in finding out the history of this county and the city of madison.
My 2 yr old grandson loves trains and was so engaged throught the museum. He loved it! This nice volunteer offered to let us in even though they were closed.
We love to visit during the Nights Before Christmas event and see the gingerbread houses made by the local school kids. There is a good deal of general history and a decent Civil War display, too. Local inventors and industry are also represented. And a complete cottage is on display indoors.
