The front desk ladies were kind and already had my insurance in, so no hassle there. The tech was very kind and so was the doctor. It was an in and out visit, which is how it should be. Highly recommend.

(February 5, 2022, 11:55 am)This was my first visit. I felt that everyone was very nice and helpful. The Dr. took the time to inform me of my choices concerning contacts versus glasses. All in all a very pleasant experience. I have seen some negative reviews and I suppose that some people could have had a less than pleasant experience. However, some people are very hard to please and they are all but waiting for a bad experience to happen to them. Perhaps perception plays a part as well. I would definitely come back and I would recommend this place.

(October 1, 2021, 8:24 am)Extremely friendly and kind receptionists. They always help me picking out glasses and are very knowledgeable as well. And I feel Dr. Allen knows my eyes better than I do. He checks them thoroughly and I am very confident in his prescription. Love this place!
