Oklahoma Hearing Center - Norman Office

I hated that I need hearing aids, but Oklahoma Hearing Center was great. Whitney worked with me to make sure I had the earring aids that were best for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing hearing loss.

I visited here, to help a friend get some needed paperwork signed. Everyone was kind and helpful. Next visit, I accompanied my friend, to get fitted for hearing aids. Donna Stufflebean was at front desk. She answered my questions, I am a Senior, I had a moment of confusion, trying to give info re: my friend, and other info I requested. Donna was very patient with me. Helped me get back on track.When my friend was taken to room, we met Whitney Woods, Audiologist. She allowed me to go to room with my friend. She explained the procedure, We are both Seniors, Ms. Woods had to repeat a few things for us, until understood. Was not rushed. Back at front desk, Whitney and Donna made sure we had all the paperwork we requested.! Great People Skills! It is refreshing to receive excellent care. I highly recommend this team for any hearing issues. Thanks again, Oklahoma Hearing Center !!

When it was determined that I needed hearing aids, I was very anxious. I just knew that everyone would see them and feel sorry for me. Jenna worked with me to make sure I was comfortable wearing the ones that suited me. Most people never know that I wear them. I would gladly recommend the Oklahoma Hearing Center!

From my first encounter with Kayla at the Oklahoma Hearing Center, I have been pleased and impressed. After shopping for hearing aids, which my husband thought I needed, I arrived at OK Hearing confused and uncertain about what I should do. Four years later, I am every bit as satisfied as I was the day I purchased my hearing aids. Everything at OK Hearing is professional and designed to help the patient. I received and continue to receive proper education to make decisions about a major purchase and continued care of that purchase. Certainly, my life has improved since wearing these hearing aids, as has my husband's!
