If your looking for neighbors that are friendly and make you feel like family this is definitely the complex for you. The complex is vary quite and has several kids of all ages. The office manager Violeta is amazing and really works hard to maintain the complex and make everyone’s experience a good experience.

I have lived here for close to two years now. I dealt with a lot of issues before the company switched owners and management close to six months ago. Violeta cares about doing her job to the best of her ability. Every maintenance issue I’ve dealt while she’s been here has been done with urgency and commitment to satisfying the needs of the renters who live here. She is astounding at her job and I feel significantly better with her here in management. Tides at 61st has improved greatly with her care and I recommend any new movers to move here. I have lived here for 6 years, and have never had management as amazing as Violeta. She manages the complex well, and enforces the rules of the complex with all the tenants. She also keeps track of all maintenance requests, and has them fixed as quickly as possible.
It’s four stars only because of the location and age of the buildings. It’s older buildings, with thin walls, and older equipment (unless you pay way more for the upgraded stuff, which is understandable).
Really, though, management makes or breaks a deal for me, and Violeta is great at her job!
