I currently work in the Houston area and recently had Archive Supplies' Houston Branch come fix the plotter at our office. Jimmy O provided exceptional service and even taught us how to perform preventative maintenance on the plotter to help deter future issues. Archive Supplies hands down can't be beat when it comes to large plotter/scanner solutions. The sales team is awesome and professional but their service department is where the difference is. I've worked for a local large city for 20 plus years as an engineering design tech and have to print large plan sets and keep up with the maintenance of the 2 large plotters. Our plotters are getting older but still on a service plan. Everytime I call for something, Archive is professional and courteous and you feel like your talking to an actual person who cares (Kim). The two service technicians who come and service our machines (Cedric and Jose) are awesome, professional and extremely knowledgeable about these machines. They're gurus with these machines. Through this Covid19 shutdown mess, they've been amenable to having to call one of us to meet them at the locked office for the service. Just want to give a shout out where it is deserved... which is behind the scenes. So, once you purchase a plotter you're not dropped of as a customer.
