The Battery Guy installed batteries in our EZGO golf cart. Needed him to troubleshoot a wiring problem. Took him less than 5 minutes to recognize what needed to be done. Very reasonable and professional. Would not think twice about calling them for batter service.

Seemed like a great group of people. First they came by my home to figure out what was wrong with my golf cart, they figured it out, I went by their shop to get what I needed to fix the problem (they weren't coming out my way again for a few days and I wanted it fixed sooner). Both, in the field and at their shop I was treated great. For a total of $50 and a trip to Chandler my cart works like new.

Warranty Issue, After some negotiations, some supply and schedule Issues 100% Satisfied. Lesson learned, I need to be more patient when dealing with these things. Will use them in the future

The Battery Guy did a great job. They answered the phone the first time and they were very prompt with follow-up questions I had. They came out in just a few days to install a lithium battery (which I love!). The app works great too (gives you the specs of charge remaining, temperature and other info). Pricing was fair as well. I'd highly recommend this company! Don M.

I plugged in my golf cart yesterday to charge, I noticed my battery gage on the dashboard was at 1/2 I charged overnight and still 1/2. I called Bill ( the battery guy ) he explained to me how to fix it . Over the phone. I did exactly what he said and it’s fixed. He could have said you need to buy another battery but he didn’t. I truly recommend this company.
