Surf Song Resort Condominiums

Perfect place for a beach vacation. Everything is close. John’s Pass right across street. Good old Florida feel. Having kitchen and laundry on site is great. Easy parking. I will always stay here

We recently rented a condo for a week at Surf Song. We were return vacationers to the Madeira Beach area, and have stayed at no less than 7 different places up and down north redington, indian rocks, redington, and madeira in years past. Surf Song is a fantastic location; with immediate beach access and eye-shot of johns pass shops/resturants. The room was everything necessary (with young child) but nothing excessive or ornate. I can only speak for ourselves, but we are there for the beach, bars and resturants not to hang out in the room the whole time. Sure there are fancier places, but the price is right and the location CANNOT be beat! 10/10 would recommend Surf Song. Friendly staff, debatably the best pool and did I mention the loacation...!!!

Loved our stay here at the first of December!!! The room was nice and the beach was right off the pool deck. We loved it was across the street from John's Pass, they have restaurants and shopping all within a really short 2 minute walk. We never had to leave in the car, it was really nice.

Charm and Function - Works Great with Young Kids

We loved our stay at Surf Song in Unit 331. It’s small, but has everything you need. While the layout of the unit is a little funky, it works great as a base-of-operation for a beach-going family. The master bedroom – the first room upon entry – is decorated with Florida charm (as is the whole place) and quite functional with adequate closet and dresser space. The bathroom is spacious enough for 2 people to move around in. The stand-up shower is suitable enough for a 6’ 2”, 220 lb man. The kitchen has nice appliances with many sturdy dishes, flatware, and utensils. In the living room, we used both a pack-n-play and the fold-out couch for nighttime and were able to shuffle back to useable space for the daytime.

It’s a wonderful place to prep, rest a bit, refresh, and head back out to the beach, pool, or boardwalk. You can certainly see the beach well enough to judge conditions and crowd. Yes, you’re looking over a roof, but even a very short person can see the beach. It’s a great view! Balcony is shared, however, this is an end unit, and the balcony is not a walkway. It felt like we had our own private balcony.

The whole property is wonderfully maintained. Both the unit and property are very clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Maria, in the office, was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We met the maintenance man (CJ) in passing, who was personable and took the time to talk with my son and answer his questions. It was like taking with old friends. Both gave great suggestions on things to do in the area.

The pool and beach are both quick and easy to get to; making multiple trips isn’t a problem. It’s easy to get into and out of the parking lot from either direction. It’s located across the street from John’s Pass which offers a wide variety of food, shopping, and activity for all ages. It’s very near a pedestrian walkway, so no safety concerns. Overall, I felt very safe with my family in the area both day and night.

We also got to know many long time returning guests, who joked not to tell people about Surf Song, as they wanted to keep it a hidden gem. If we find ourselves in Madeira Beach again, we would definitely return.

Love this place my family comes here every year! Family oriented and it’s just a special place for all of us! The sunsets are amazing as well as the people in the area!!
