I purchased a 2008 Buick Enclave, as is and no warranty, from Harlan Ford. It had 192000 miles on it, however it is immaculate and in great condition, as is all of their used vehicles. Less than a week later the transmission went out. I spoke to Mr. Andrew Harlan and he agreed to pay for half of the repair regardless of the contract I signed. It was repaired in less than a week and is doing great. I cannot say enough regarding the service I received from Harlan Ford. From Lisa Castleberry in sales, to Andrew Harlan's professional post purchase service, I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Recommend this dealership to everyone in the market for a great deal on a new or used vehicle.
