The assistants at this office are amazing they always take the time to re explain anything I didn't understand or want clarification of heather is one of the best always sweet and friendly. She is great about calming patients who are anxious about procedures and takes the time to help calm me down by explaining exactly what the Dr will do and what my options are based on my treatment plan. I wouldn't trust anyone else and that's coming from someone who has needed major work on their teeth due to a disease. They have saved a couple teeth for me that didn't think were possible to save. If it was not for Heather I probably would not have been able to go through with the treatment plan due to my anxiety about dentists. Never smelled cigarettes on anyone so not sure why people are saying that and while the staff are busy they are not disheveled they are multitasking so everyone gets what they need!

Dr Batra is the best dentist and above all a real good human being! My 65+ year Mom recently got major dental work at her clinic. She was extremely calm and composed and put my Mom to ease in each of her visit. She cares about everyone and always dose the best work for her patients! Her staff also are all wonderfully friendly, caring and knowledgeable with highly effective high standards and technology
