Just book your appointment. This from a total sceptic. Lisa's knowledge changed my life. You just have to follow what she recommends.
It hasn't cost me hardly anything. I figured I'd end up with weekly expensive appointments and that's not the case whatsoever.
Lisa took an in depth history, did some bloodwork and developed a plan. I never realized how good I could actually feel and as a side benefit lost weigh easily.
If you are reading this I would just make the small time and financial commitment for one appointment. It changed my life. Just follow what Lisa recommends. It's up to you.
If you have digestive issues, she is the person to go to. I had severe stomach issues and in a year she was able to fix my stomach. I have suffered with digestive problems for years and now I finally am able to have a normal life again. Make sure you follow her instructions! If you do, you can be confident that she will be able to help you! Great personality, very knowledgeable and she surely does know what she is doing! I would never recommend a Naturopath, but I certainly recommend her!
