Couldn't ask for better! Kelsey was extremely informative through every step of the process. Mark was instrumental in locating all the parts. Rob was very courteous in squeezing my emergency in to the rotation. And Dan is extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I was having issues with my diesel Hummer H2 and had visited other shops prior to discovering Elite Automotive. Rob, the owner, has assembled a team of "can do" staff that take ownership of your issues to conclusion. As a "car guy" I am pleased to have found an automotive service shop that I feel comfortable to take care of all my automotive service needs.
