I have a few years old Windows 10 desktop that was getting to be really slow. I called and spoke to Dan. I thought I should increase the RAM. Dan suggested that I instead replace the mechanical drive with a solid state drive. I took the desktop to him and he swapped out the disks. My desktop is way faster now !
Dan is a thorough professional. A smart and honest man. Highly recommend this store

Haven't needed computer service in a long time, but luckily ProGate Services was available nearby. Super helpful, very fast, extremely reasonably priced. A+, I'm a fan!

Awesome experience. I needed a repair on my Dell laptop that was beyond my skills. On the phone, Dan explained his pricing and what to expect. Possibly same day service, if not I would have my laptop back the next day. I had the required parts, just not the confidence. I dropped the laptop off just after 1:00 pm. He called just after 3:00 pm, saying it was ready. Amazing.

Dan has a kind and professional demeanor. Most importantly he has great computer skills.

The location inside Heartland Market (a grocery store) seems unusual to me. At the same time, it is ingenious. The store is easy to find. And Dan’s counter is just a few steps to the right once you enter the store. In these COVID-19 times, I can say this store is compliant with masking and social distancing.
