Very busy practice due to walk in clinic, lab, xray, and private practices. Seem to often be understaffed so wait times can be long.
As long an appointment is scheduled, and paperwork prepared, then the services provided are excellent.
I would only recommend to the company to decrease the frequency of reminders/notices schedulers are still currently busy/scheduling. It makes the waiting team seem longer than it is with the repetitive music and audios.
I have my blood tested every 3 mos for the ongoing tracking of an illness. Every time I come here for testing, they are fast, efficient, and are fun too. I always get my results fast and efficient too. Keep up the great work ladies!
