• The technicians are personable and professional, while conversing to put you at ease, they ask amazing qualifying questions and use the latest technologies so nothing is missed. An abundance of amazing services is offered to assure you receive the best care, take them up on all of it. Communication between back of house staff makes you feel comfortable, nothing is elusive and they will discuss the details of your procedures at any level. Their work is explained as they progress, all while making sure your comfort is priority number one.

• Last, Dr. Ricks, he has a bedside manner like no other, he seals the deal with his calm, kind, and thoughtful approach. He will explain what and why of the needed work and how it betters the health of your mouth. I have no doubt you feel at ease while under his care and will leave knowing you have chose the right doctor.

Almost everything about this place is great. Convenient location for me, such friendly staff and my hygienist was so sweet and cheerful but also explained everything they do well. My boarding was quick and efficient but comprehensive and the doctor was kind and informative. The only issue I had was that I wasn’t aware that a couple things they do with new patients weren’t covered by my insurance ahead of time, so I ended up having to pay $45. Didn’t break the bank for me at all, but I imagine for some that would be a shock and I would’ve liked to know ahead of time to potentially opt out of those services. They did send me home with an itemized list of costs for work that I need to have done in the near future, though, so I think they is usually keep their patients informed about costs. I’d recommend!

I am still new at this place you can say however, I have been to this Aurora family dentistry for like more than 4-5 times now. Still, not even a single time that I feel disappointed at all. All staffs are very welcoming, they have so much patience as English is my second language, all of them treat me very kindly and professionally. Also, when I ask some questions, I get a lot of useful and very helpful with my decisions. When it comes to treatment, they are very gentle, and have so much patience with patients. They let me know each step before and after the treatment. they letting me know which teeth might need to be working on a head if time. They are also following up and letting me know if I ever have any issues after each care just let them know. I am very grateful for each staff that is working there. This whole staffs in this office is much recommended, if you like to get your teeth cleaned, healthy, and walking out with smile!!!!

Highly recommend this Office if you want peace and professionalism! All the work I have had done was with patients and care. The staff is warm and welcoming always!!! Bedside manner is compassionate and tentative. I actually feel ok going in when I need any work done. They have a way of taking that scary dentist feeling away and boy can I get scary!!! Wonderful overall experience and 5 star treatment is my experience every time. My little humans go here too and we as a family enjoy the atmosphere and staff! Thank you for being consistent and caring and doing great dental work! Yep I said I like the dentist!!

I’ve been a patient at Aurora Family Dentistry for about 6 years. The minute you walk in the door, you can just tell these people care about your treatment. Every staff member I’ve encountered has always been very professional but personable enough to make me feel like family. The dental care I’ve received here is state of the art! Unfortunately I am moving out of state and will no longer be a part of this family. I’m grateful to Aurora Family Dentistry for all of the superb services I’ve received. I’ll miss this place!
